Community narrowboat Pamela May has started her summer season, taking disabled, elderly and disadvantaged people and their carers for trips from Vines Park on the Droitwich Barge Canal.
Pamela May is fitted with a powered lift and toilet facilities with wheelchair access. Last year she completed 18 enjoyable trips for residents of care homes and 12 trips for private groups, plus 72 short trips for the general public on Droitwich Festival days.
