2007 58ft £62,000
Avanti is a four-berth trad stern powered by a Yanmar Shire 45 who has been well maintained by her previous owners, having recently been through bottom blacking and roof painting.
Entering from the stern there is a bedroom with a fixed double in the rear cabin. Next is a separate shower and toilet, plus a washbasin. The solid oak flooring and white oak veneer decors continue through the boat to the galley.
There are built-in units under a smart black work surface together with a oven/hob, fridge and stainless steel sink and drainer. A side hatch opens up to provide extra light and air. The galley leads onto the dinette and saloon at the bow of the boat. There is lots of handy shelving and a solid-fuel stove for added warmth on those cooler evenings, although there are radiators throughout.
The dinette area converts to an extra double berth to accommodate guests.
