New web form to improve CRT customer service

Canal & River Trust hopes enquiries will be resolved quicker as boaters will be directed to the appropriate team more efficiently
The new web form is now live on the contact page of the CRT website.
It replaces the customer service email, which will continue to run until January 2017.
Carron Smith of the CRT said: “We hope boaters will appreciate the time saved and the straightforward service.”
